Returns

 

Summary:

If you aren't happy with your product, simply return it! We want our customers to be happy, therefore we do our best to photograph our products to display accurate colors, and sizing. Please be aware that slight color variations can occur on different screens.

Time Frame:

Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 30 days from the date you placed your order. Be sure to consider shipping time. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this period.

 

Requirements:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the origial tags, unworn, unwashed and in it's original condition. Please be sure to include your original packing slip with your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do recommebd using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

Ineligable Items:

Items marked "clearance," hats, jewelry and undergarments are FINAL sale only- no returns will be accepted.

 

Defective Items:

Please inspect your items immediately. If you believe you received a defective item, please notify us by email at orders@thesassysouthernboutique.com within 3 days of delivery confirmation. After the 3rd day, no exceptions will be made.

If your item is deemed defective and you would like to exchange it for another one, simply let us know in your initial email and we will glady do so if it's still in stock. Our items sell FAST so we cannot guarantee it will still be available. If it is not, you can either choose a different item of the same cost or request a refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our warehouse, however if the item is found to be defective, you will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost equal to or less than the original shipping cost incurred by Sassy Southern Boutique. If you choose to use a return shipping service that exceeds the original cost, you will be responsible for any amount over the original shipping cost. Please hold on to your tracking number. We will not be held responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse. 

 

Exchanges:

Wrong size? No problem! Simply send us an email within the 30 day return window and let us know you would like an exchange. Our items sell FAST so we cannot guarantee it will still be available. If it is not, you can either choose a different item of the same cost or request a refund. All items must be in the original packaging with the origial tags, unworn, unwashed and in it's original condition.The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our warehouse.

 

Refund Type:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

 

Shipping
 

Our products are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS. If you choose Flat Rate Standard Shipping for $5.95, please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive. If you would like your package sooner, please upgrade to Priority Shipping for $7.95 to receive it within 2-3 business days. We will email you with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
